- Maintenance training schools are offered throughout the life of the system free of charge. These schools are offered at the STS facility, as one on one customer training on only the equipment specific to them. Note: Does not include any customer travel expenses.
- Lab testing of adhesives and products is available prior to system engineering and ordering, to ensure the specification of correct equipment
- All standard components are kept in stock, ready for shipment if needed.
- Standard spare parts orders shipped on the same day as ordered, if the order is received by 3:00PM EST, to meet demanding production schedules
- System orders can be expedited when the application demands, at no additional charge. Note: custom designed components may not be able to be expedited.
